Option 1: Half-day
8:30 am: Departure from your hotel to a village outside Siem Reap to take part in a cooking class with a Khmer family, between rice fields and lotus fields. Create your lunch with the help of a Cambodian chef from one of the best hotel schools in the region who takes advantage of his days off to lead these special courses.
Enjoy your preparations and share this moment with your hosts.
2 pm: Return to your hotel after lunch.
Option 2: Day
After lunch, go aboard an ox cart to discover the village’s craftsmen and villagers.
5 pm: Return to your hotel.
