Example of a bike itinerary
It is your most unusual request that inspires us the most. You, who are always looking for unique and authentic activities, you, our sports, eco-friendly or simply looking for the unusual, allow us to create new itineraries to discover a Cambodia that is still untouched.
We propose you stays and days on bikes (always à la carte and adaptable according to your desires of course) that will take you as close as possible to the locals, at your own pace, for unforgettable memories at the end! Here is an example of a bike itinerary
Day 1: Free day at your arrival in Siem Reap, after your transfer to the hotel (to be determined according to your flight schedule).
- 1st night in Siem Reap
Day 2: visit with an experienced guide to a floating village followed by a boat trip in a flooded forest (depending on the season).
- 2nd night in Siem Reap
Day 3: 13km by mountain bike in the Angkorian forest

Transfer by car to Angkor Wat and visit of the famous temple.

Continue by bike to Ta Prohm through the forest and then to Ta Nei temple.

Crossing of the old French bridge over the Siem Reap River

Lunch included at a local restaurant

Bikes to go to the Elephant Terrace, then visit the Bayon.

You will pass over the walls of Angkor Thom lined with the moats of the city. Watch the sunset at the end of the day.

Return to your hotel by car

3rd night in Siem Reap
Day 4: 30 km by mountain bike through the countryside including some remote temples.

Transfer by car to Banteay Samrae, visit of the temple.

Then go for 20 km by mountain bike to the women’s citadel, Banteay Srei.

Return transfer by car to Angkor Park.

Bike ride in the forest to reach Preah Khan, then continue to Neak Poan, Ta Som, Mebon and Pre Rup.

4th night in Siem Reap
Day 5: 13 km between countryside and temples

Transfer by car to Preah Ko

By mountain bike: visit the village of Rolous, then the Bakong temple. On the way, you will make several stops to discover the local market garden production, as well as a market and the rice fields.

Lunch included in the house of the inhabitant

After lunch, transfer by private car to Battambang.

5th night in Battambang
Day 6: 15 km by mountain bike

Bike ride around the village of Don Teav to discover the fish market, the manufacturer of rice cakes, the rice fields, and some traditional houses…

Free lunch

Then transfer by car to the floating village of Kompong Luong, and visit of one hour by boat.

You will then get back in the car and spend the night in Kompong Chhnang.

6th night in Kompong Chhnang
Day 7: 15 km by mountain bike

Discovery of the city and its famous potteries, on the banks of the river Tonlésap.

Lunch included at a local restaurant

up your car with driver to go to Kampot, in the south of the country (5 hours drive)

7th night in Kampot
Day 8: 7-10 km by mountain bike
- Departure by car for the cave of Phnom Chngouk and visit of this one before continuing your road towards Kep.
- Mountain bike ride along the seafront, then visit the famous crab market, and continue the bike ride to explore the charming seaside town.
- Lunch included at a local restaurant
- By car, you will leave for the visit of a pepper plantation followed by the salt marshes.
- Finally, you’ll witness the sunset on the river bank.
- 8th night in Kampot
Jour 9 : By scooters
- Visit the BOKOR park
- During the day, you will kayak 🛶 on the Toek Chhou River.
- 9th night in Kampot
Day 10: 8-10 km by mountain bike
- Transfer by private car to Phnom Penh, 3-4 hours drive
- Lunch included at a local restaurant
- Installation at the hotel
- At the end of the afternoon, take a bike ride in the heart of the city: on the banks of the Mekong, discover the Independence Monument, then Diamond Island…
- 10th night in Phnom Penh
Day 11: 8-10 km by mountain bike
- Departure in the morning with your car driver for the visit of the Royal Palace and its silver pagoda.
- Then, by bike, leave for the visit of Wat Phnom, the central market, the museum of S21, and finally the Russian market, to end the day with a sunset on the Mekong river.
- 11th night in Phnom Penh
Day 12: by car
- Departure for Phnom Chisor, located at the top of a small mountain, visit this 11th-century temple.
- Continue to Phnom Da, a historical site of the 6th century.
- Return to Phnom Penh by car
- 12th night in Phnom Penh
Day 13: 10-12 km by mountain bike
- Early morning drive to Kampong Cham, 4 hours drive with several visits along the way: the spider market of Skun, as well as visits to the temples of Phnom Bros and Wat Norkor Bachey.
- Installation at the hotel
- Around 4:00 pm, departure by bike to discover the city, located along the Mekong River, including the bamboo bridge or the Dei Dos Pagoda. You will cross the Kizuna bridge in the direction of the old French lighthouse and admire the sunset over the city.
- Return to the hotel by bike
- 13th night in Kampong Cham
Day 14: 10 km by mountain bike
- Departure by car to visit a rubber plantation and discover the manufacture of natural rubber.
- Continue to the province of Kratie, 3 hours away by car
- On the way, you’ll stop for a boat trip to meet the Irrawadi dolphins, the famous freshwater dolphins.
- Lunch included at a local restaurant
- After lunch, you will take a local ferry to the small river island of Koh Trong where your accommodation is located.
- At 4:00 pm, take a bike ride around this timeless island, then admire a sublime sunset over a floating village.
- 14th night at a local’s house in Koh Trong
Day 15: 5 to 10km
- Return by ferry to Kratie to meet your sewing driver and transfer to Kampong Thom, 4 hours drive.
- You will climb to the top of Phnom Santuk to enjoy the panorama of the surrounding countryside.
- Lunch included in a local restaurant
- Settling in at the hotel and free time
- At the end of the day (depending on your arrival time), go mountain biking to discover the small town of Kampong Thom.
- 15th night in Kompong Thom
Day 16: 5-8km by mountain bike
- Departure by car to the Sambor Prei Kuk temple complex, located 35 km from the city.
- Bike tour of the temples invaded by the jungle
- Lunch included at the inhabitant’s house
- Then, on foot, discover the village of Kompong Khleang, with its houses on stilts: “the bamboo skyscrapers”.
- Return to Siem Reap at the end of the afternoon.
- 16th night in Siem Reap
Day 17: Free day and transfer to Siem Reap airport for your return flight (to be determined).
